Throughout the year numerous events are held designed to assist the public in understanding what can be done to protect their communities and individual property.

These have been separated into two categories:

General Events, these may be organised by a wide range of orgnisations and bodies, including the Environment Agency.

Flood Protection Exhibitions, locally focussed exhibitions aimed at specific communities or areas and which the National Flood Forum is often involved in organising.
